   There is no printer, no parcel and no customs. What we send is a code and a link, so it can be given on the night of December 24th and it works that same night. Nobody who prints a book can say that.

   You are not going to read what they write

   And we say it plainly, because it is what makes the other person dare to write. You don't see their answers, or how far along they are, or how many they've done. Their book is theirs; if one day they want to show it to you, they will.

   You are not putting them on a clock

   The code is good for at least twelve months, and after that the book never expires. The reminders go to them, one a week at most, and they can stop them in one click. We don't write to you so that you can chase them.
