About HeirleafWrite any time. You'll hear back within two days. If two days go by and nothing arrives, write again: it means something went wrong along the way, not that we're ignoring you.

We use your address and your message only to reply to you, and we keep them for as long as that conversation lasts and up to a year afterwards. Nothing else. It's explained in the privacy policy.
Things we can help you with
- You've lost the link to your book. Write from the same address you left us and we'll give it back to you.
- You're stuck on something, or you're helping your mother or your grandfather and the two of you can't work out what to do next.
- You want your money back. Thirty days, no explanation needed, even if you've already downloaded the book. If it was a gift, for as long as the code hasn't been redeemed, up to ninety days after paying.
- You want us to delete everything you've written. We delete it properly, keeping no separate copy.
- You've seen a charge from “Paddle” on your statement and don't recognize it. This is it: Paddle handles the payment for us.
